Here is my honest review.I grabed the first trial promo so i spent rm98.There was no super hard selling like other spa or salon, which is GOOD!I would say the service they provide is value for money for rm98 but…To pay the actual price which is rm270 is not value for money.Its a basic facial so the price should be about rm100+-My experience:- 👍🏻 double cleanse was good, the beautician really takes time to cleanse my face- 👎 scrub was very gentle, i doubt the effectiveness in remiving dead skin cell- 👎 extraction was okay. But could be improve further in the skill. So far most of salon i went to, they will first open my pores so easier to extract but this one no. After scrub went straight away to extraction. The lamp was very bright. I explained to very beautician and she put 3 layers of white cotton on my eyes, but still very bright. Should have find a better way to cover customer’s eyes.- I experienced new thing here which is the crystal ball massage, they said its to peovide soothing. Emm i dont think its effective 😅. But i like that it is cooling on my face.- 👍🏻 shoulder massage was good. She does not rush on it- face massage should be longer.- they dont apply the usual mask, just the cream mask.Overall i spent 2 hours here.Edit: i changed my review to 3 stars because my face is not clean like i expect. Still got blackheads despite all the pain i went thru during extraction. My face is a bit red now, probably its the reaction from extraction. At the previous salon i went to, they applied cooling face mask to calm my face. But here, they dont. So the result failed to satisfy me.Update: 1 day post facial treatment, i changed my review to 1 star. I am very disappointed. There are lot of tiny pimple showing on my chin. There is 1 huge acne on my cheek. Prior to do the facial, i have asked confirmation if the products they using suitable for sensitive skin. They said even those with eczema can use it. But apparently thats not the case as i am having a breakout right now! I want to cry so bad. I came yeaterday with only dehydrated skin and blackheads today my skin condition even worse! So rm98 NOT WORTH IT. I wish they read this and refund my money! Thats the least they can do.Update: so owner replied to my review and inviting me to visit again. But, considering the products used were resulted to negative impact on my skin, i am scared to come again. I hope owner reach out to me personally and offer other solutions.

The beautician Elanie is helpful and kind. She recommended packages and care products and that suits my skin, even gave me the samples to try and she was not pushy. I really enjoyed with the session.

Sense To Sense Taipan is based in USJ10 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan . The unique interior design of this shop is clean and fresh. Sense To Sense is a beauty facial saloon company and it famous for their Dalton products from Germany. I had never expected to write a review here , however I had to share my good experience with all of you. My first visit was on July 2020 . My skin had been improve a lot for the past 3 years . Their Dalton products from Germany is a must to try which are Facial Cleanser and Oyster Cream. The price range from Rm100 - Rm300 depending on the size of the products. Sense To Sense USJ Taipan staff are very committed in every service they provide include emphasize customer acne and sensitive skin problem. Last but not least, you can try to make and I highly recommend one of their beautifican staff name : ELAINE

Did facial here 2 days back. I was handled by Elaine. The session with her was nice, soothing and relaxing. She is friendly as well. She lets you know the process ahead that she is about to apply this cream, lotion, mask or executing extraction. Massage was longer than normal out there. Writing this after my 3rd session with Vivian and Szu Sze and I cannot be happier! They really mean it when they say painless extraction and the treatments have been very helpful for my sensitive skin. I have been avoiding facials for many years because I never liked leaving with a red and inflamed face from the extraction but decided to give Sense to Sense a try and I do not regret it at all. The staff are all very friendly and warm, the space is clean and simple and products are all very gentle but effective. Can't wait for my next session 😍

I really like doing facial treatments at sense to sense. The environment makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. The beautician's technique is very professional, and the explanation is very detailed. After the treatment, I really feel very effective. I had a treatment at the USJ branch before and it was great, but it was a bit far away. Now that there is a branch in Uptown, it is more convenient for me. After the treatment, I have already made an appointment for the next time.
